Our Nephew Cy Ganchar was baptized this past 23rd of December. He is the first grandchild on either side to do so, and we're all very proud of him. Tammy and I were asked to give the opening and closing prayers and my brother Trevor and my Brother-in-law Tyler gave talks. He was baptized by his Father and confirmed a member by his Grandpa Bourne. The ordinances were performed down at the new chapel in Turner Valley and I believe that Cy was the first child of record baptism to take place in that building. We wish him the very best as he begins his spiritual journey and we thank him for his example to the rest of the grandchildren in our family.
